Мінливість у пшениці озимої за формотворчої дії Nonidet P-40

Abstract

Було вивчено 10 000 сімей у другому-третьому поколінні. Використовували звичайні концентрації, що характерні для екогенетичної практики. При цьому навіть вища концентрація NP-40 0,5% не призвела до значного зниження життєздатності. Зі статистичною достовірністю на загальну частоту мутацій вплинули показники підвищення концентрації, але не вихідної форми, в усіх випадках варіанти для частоти відрізняються один від одного та від контролю, для рівня мінливості крім крім NP-40 0,1% та 0,5 % для сорті Шпалівка та МІП Лада.

10,000 families in the second and third generations were studied. Usual concentrations were used, which are typical for ecogenetic practice. At the same time, even a higher concentration of NP-40 0.5% did not lead to a significant decrease in viability. With statistical significance, the total mutation frequency was affected by the indicators of increasing concentration, but not the initial form, in all cases the variants for frequency differ from each other and from the control, for the level of variability except for NP-40 0.1% and 0.5% for the Shpalivka and MIP Lada varieties.
