Ефективність препарату “Уро-ваксом” за гострого уроциститу у котів

Abstract

Встановлено, що рання діагностика уроциститу інфекційної природи, особливо диференційна є утрудненою і повинна бути комплексною із застосуванням таких методів, як збір анамнезу, клінічний огляд тварини, біохімічне дослідження сечі, ультразвукове дослідження органів сечової системи. У хворих тварин дане захворювання проявляється пригніченням, частим та утрудненим сечовиділенням, спрагою, болючістю у ділянці черева, у сечі перевищенням допустимої кількості лейкоцитів та гематурією. Визначена терапевтична ефективність імуностимулюючого препарату бактеріального походження Уро-ваксом котам, хворим на гострий уроцистит інфекційної природи. Встановлено, що при застосуванні загальної схеми лікування динаміка біохімічних показників сечі хворих котів у дослідній групі була клінічно кращою, ніж в контрольній. При підозрі на запальні захворювання сечовидільних шляхів рекомендовано, поряд із загальноприйнятими методами обстеження, проводити ультразвукове дослідження нирок, сечового міхура, передміхурової залози (у самців) і матки (у самок). Determined the therapeutic efficacy of the immunostimulatory drug of bacterial origin Uro-vaksom for cats with acute urocystitis infectious nature. The aim of this work was the comparative evaluation of methods of treatmenturocystitis in cats and determine the most effective of them. It is found that the dynamics of biochemical indices of cats urine with acute urocystitis was clinically better than with the general treatment regimen. Early methods of diagnosis of urocystitis, particularly differentiation from other diseases of the urinary system, is one of the important problems of practical veterinary medicine. The studies were conducted using methods such as medical history, clinical examination of the animal, biochemical examination urine, ultrasound examination. From sick animals were observed characteristic of the disease symptoms: depression, frequent and difficult urination, thirst, pain in the abdomen. Based on the results of biochemical examination of urine was found exceeding the allowable number of white blood cells in the urine, haematuria. At suspicion on inflammatory disease of the urinary tract is recommended, in addition to conventional methods of examination, conduct ultrasound of the kidneys, bladder, prostate (males) and uterus (females). In our case have observed thickening of the walls of the bladder. Analysing the progress and recovery of animals suggests that the risk of recurrence in the experimental group, as opposed to the control, where some changes were registered significantly less urine parameters.
