Нітрати в молоці корів з різною реакцією на стрес

Abstract

Наведено результати досліджень вмісту нітратів у молоці корів з високою, середньою та низькою стійкістю до стресу з метою встановити зв’язок різного адаптаційного потенціалу корів із здатністю їх організму виводити з молоком нітрати, що надходять з кормом та водою. Встановлено, що в усі сезони року молоко корів з вищою стійкістю до стресів більш безпечне за вмістом нітратів (P<0,05). Важливо створювати стада корів, стійких до стресів підбором до маточного поголів’я бугаїв-плідників з високою стійкістю до стресу. The results of studies on the content of nitrates in the milk of cows with high, medium and low resistance to stress in order to establish the relationship of different adaptive potential of cows with the ability of their body to excrete nitrates from milk. It was found that in all seasons of the year, cows with higher resistance to stress are safer in nitrate content (P <0,05). It is important to create a herd of stressresistant cows. It has been proposed to use pedigree bulls with high resistance to stress in the selection of the breeding stock for this purpose.
