Abstract

During the study the concepts of housing and communal enterprises, the essence of payments with customers and control of their condition were revealed; The regulatory framework for ensuring accounting and control of calculations has been investigated. It is determined that the key element of subscriber accounting is a personal account. The main directions of improvement of accounting and control of payments with customers of services in the utility are offered Під час дослідження було розглянуто поняття житлово- комунальних підприємств, сутність розрахунків з дебіторами та контроль над їх станом; розглянута нормативна база для забезпечення обліку та контролю розрахунків. Визначено, що ключовим елементом обліку абонентів є особовий обліковий запис. Запропоновано основні напрямки щодо вдосконалення бухгалтерського обліку та контролю розрахунків із клієнтами послуг у комунальній службі.
