Особливості перебігу туберкульозу птиці при застосуванні гумінових речовин

Abstract

Вивчено вплив гумінових речовин на гематологічні й біохімічні показники птиці при розвитку туберкульозу. Встановлено, що попереднє застосування гумінових речовин веде до зниження в півників синтетичної активності печінки, підвищення активності АСТ та зниження АЛТ. Гумінові речовини посилюють розвиток патологічних змін в організмі зараженої туберкульозом птиці й прискорюють її загибель. Results of studying the features of a tuberculosis infection in chicks after using of humic substances reported. It is established inhibition of the synthesis of hemoglobin and increased level WBC in organism of chicks with tuberculosis. After use of humic substances increases liver failure, manifested cytolysis of hepatocytes and depression of her syntetic function. Use of humic substances stimulates the development of pathological changes in the organism of tuberculosis infected birds and accelerates its deaths.
