Фінансовий інжиніринг управління активами аграрних підприємств як запорука забезпечення продовольчої безпеки України

Abstract

Автори статті визначають наукові аспекти теоретико-методологічних підходів фінансового інжинірингу управління активами аграрних підприємств як запоруку забезпечення продовольчої безпеки України. Окреслено основні теорії щодо формулювання термінології "фінансовий інжиніринг". Фінансовий інжиніринг управління активами аграрних підприємств спрямований на оптимізацію використання фінансових ресурсів, підвищення ефективності їх діяльності та мінімізацію ризиків. Відзначено стратегічні напрямки розвитку аграрної сфери як запоруки стійкого функціонування аграрних підприємств, ефективного управління їх активами, а також впровадження новітніх технологій в умовах сучасних інноваційних трансформацій. Авторами відокремлено основні аспекти та напрями фінансового інжинірингу в управлінні активами аграрних підприємств з контексті забезпечення продовольчою безпекою країни. Приділено увагу складовим процесу забезпечення продовольчої безпеки України.

The authors of the article define the scientific aspects of the theoretical and methodological approaches of financial engineering of asset management of agrarian enterprises as a guarantee of food security of Ukraine. The main theories regarding the formulation of the terminology "financial engineering" are outlined. Attention is paid to the components of the process of ensuring food security of Ukraine. The authors have separated the main aspects and directions of financial engineering in the management of assets of agrarian enterprises in the context of ensuring the country's food security. Financial engineering of asset management of agricultural enterprises is aimed at optimizing the use of financial resources, increasing the efficiency of their activities and minimizing risks. The strategic directions of the development of the agrarian sphere were noted as the keys to the sustainable functioning of agrarian enterprises, effective management of their assets, as well as the introduction of the latest technologies in the conditions of modern innovative transformations. Financial engineering in the management of assets of agricultural enterprises is aimed at creating financially stable, competitive and innovative enterprises capable of effectively responding to changes in market condition sand risks in the financial environment. Thus, ensuring food security requires a comprehensive approach and cooperation of agricultural producers with financial institutions, the government, the private sector, scientific institutions and civil society. It is important to consider local characteristics and needs, and to integrate innovation and best practices to achieve sustainable development of food systems. The use of the mechanism of financial engineering in the management of shares of enterprises led to the need for financial technologies, that is, it is necessary to create conditions for additional profits from the correct use of legislative and tax differences between countries and within the country, the correct forecast of the dynamics of exchange rates, interest rates, commodity prices, etc.
