Організаційні засади формування системи економічної безпеки на підприємстві

Abstract

В статті розглянуто організаційні засади формування системи економічної безпеки на підприємстві. Визначено існуючи підходи до трактування поняття «економічна безпека». Запропоновано під економічною безпекою розуміти такий стан функціонування підприємства, який характеризується захищеністю від зовнішніх та внутрішніх загроз, наявністю конкурентних переваг, які обумовлені сталим розвитком матеріального, фінансового, кадрового, техніко-технологічного потенціалів та відповідають поставленим стратегічним цілям і завданням. Запропоновано механізм забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. The article considers the organizational basis for the formation of the system of economic security in enterprise. The existing approaches to the definition of the concept of «economic security» are described. It is proposed to understand economic security as a state of functioning of an enterprise that is characterized by protection from external and internal threats, the presence of competitive advantages due to the constant development of material, financial, personnel, technical and technological potentials that meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives. The mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise is proposed.
