Модель вибору ефективної фінансової стратегії діяльності аграрних підприємств

Abstract

У статті розкриваються основні завдання і принципи побудови фінансової стратегії сільськогосподарського підприємства. Авторами визначено зовнішні та внутрішні джерела формування фінансових ресурсів, а також фактори які впливають на діяльність аграрного підприємства при виборі ефективної моделі фінансової стратегії. В умовах конкурентного ринкового середовища модель вибору фінансової стратегії аграрного підприємства повинна враховувати етапи його загальної корпоративної стратегії. Фінансова стратегія має свої особливі характеристики, які забезпечують вибір найбільш ефективних напрямків досягнення фінансових цілей підприємства, враховує і адекватно реагує на зміни зовнішніх умов фінансової діяльності підприємства, забезпечує адаптацію до змін умов зовнішнього середовища шляхом корегування напрямків формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Отже, запровадження фінансової стратегії як частина стратегічного менеджменту в аграрних підприємствах підвищує не тільки їх конкурентоспроможність, а і сприяє забезпеченню економічного зростання при ефектному виборі моделі фінансування і готовності підприємства до ринкових змін. The article reveals the main tasks and principles of building a financial strategy of an agricultural enterprise. The authors have identified external and internal sources of financial resources formation, as well as factors that affect the activity of an agrarian enterprise when choosing an effective financial strategy model. In the conditions of a competitive market environment, the model for choosing the financial strategy of an agricultural enterprise must take into account the stages of its overall corporate strategy. The financial strategy has its own special characteristics, which ensure the selection of the most effective directions for achieving the company's financial goals, takes into account and adequately responds to changes in the external conditions of the company's financial activity, ensures adaptation to changes in the external environment by adjusting the directions for the formation and use of the company's financial resources. The main problems of development and implementation financial strategy at domestic enterprises are: instability of the political and economic situation in country, lack of specification of average and length annual goals, irrational distribution of available re sources, lack of relevant knowledge in the majority entrepreneurs, etc. To reduce the negative impact special attention should be paid to these factors to strategic management on the part of entrepreneurs, and everyone on the part of the state to promote and create conditions for obtaining the necessary knowledge by entrepreneurs regarding making a financial strategy. Financial strategy plays an important role in management laziness of the enterprise, without taking it into account it is impossible to succeed proper functioning in the modern competitive market your environment.
