Abstract

Показником ефективності роботи сервісного підприємства і реалізації потенціалу його є коефіцієнт використання виробничої потужності. Визначені наступні показники: резерв збільшення коефіцієнта використання виробничої потужності сервісного підприємства від поліпшення якості послуг і умов обслуговування, резерв підвищення коефіцієнта використання виробничої потужності сервісного підприємства від поліпшення якості послуг у виробничій зоні, показник технічного стану обладнання, інструменту та оснащення, призначених для виконання робіт на посту, питома вага операцій.
