Структурно-функціональна схема технологічного процесу сепарування молока

Abstract

В тезах приведено розробку структурно-функціональних схем технологічного процесу сепарування молока і технологічного процесу роботи барабана, а також аналіз існуючих конструкцій і конструктивних схем сепараторів-вершковіддільників. Це послужило підставою для розробки конструктивної схеми сепаратора з лопатевим тарілко-тримачем, що дозволяє підвищити продуктивність поділу молока на вершки й знежирене молоко з дотриманням вимог по якості. In theses, the development of structural and functional schemes of the technological process of milk separation and technological process of the drum, as well as the analysis of existing designs and design schemes of separators-cream separators are given. This served as the basis for the development of a design scheme of a separator with a spatula-holder, which allows to increase the productivity of the division of milk into cream and skimmed milk with compliance with quality requirements.
