Формування механізмів публічного управління відновлення територій у повоєнний період

Abstract

Визначені особливості формування механізмів публічного управління відновлення України, у тому числі відновлення сільських територій у повоєнний період. Виявлені суперечність «швидко-дієво» і диспаритет громадська «увага-збурення», які створюють передумови для формування внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз, насамперед політичного характеру, що, зумовлює виникнення конфліктів між суб’єктами управлінських відносин. Визначені ключові напрями управлінського впливу на процес відновлення сільських територій у пост-воєнний період. The peculiarities of the formation of public management mechanisms for the recovery of Ukraine, including the recovery of rural areas in the post-war period, are determined. The contradiction "quick-acting" and the disparity of public "attention-disturbance" are revealed, which create prerequisites for the formation of internal and external threats, primarily of a political nature, which causes conflicts between the subjects of management relations.
