Management of the financial security of an agricultural enterprise under the conditions of marital state

Abstract

In the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, economic and political instability, the variability of micro- and macro-environmental factors affecting the company's activities, the need to ensure the sustainable development of the business entity and its financial security is growing significantly. Management of the financial security of the enterprise is a system of methods and measures aimed at the development and implementation of management decisions related to ensuring the protection of its functioning. That is, the economic security of the enterprise is the state of the most efficient use of its resources to prevent financial risks and create conditions for the stable functioning of all its divisions. В умовах воєнного стану в Україні, економічної та політичної нестабільності, мінливості факторів мікро- та макросередовища, що впливають на діяльність підприємства, суттєво зростає необхідність забезпечення сталого розвитку суб’єкта господарювання та його фінансової безпеки. Управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства – це система методів і заходів, спрямованих на розробку та реалізацію управлінських рішень, пов’язаних із забезпеченням захисту його функціонування. Тобто економічна безпека підприємства – це стан найбільш ефективного використання його ресурсів для запобігання фінансовим ризикам і створення умов для стабільного функціонування всіх його підрозділів.
