Симуляція процесу експандованого приготування кормів

Abstract

Процес формування експандатів в експандері з точки зору фізики процесу зводиться до пресування суміші твердої (зернові компоненти), рідкої (у вигляді вологи) і газоподібної (пар) фаз шнековим робочим органом крізь формуючу насадку під дією зовнішнього джерела тепла. З точки зору математичного описання, зазначений процес є складним і тому його можна описати комп’ютерними методами моделюванням. Проведена симуляція процесу експандованого приготування кормів в програмному пакеті Star CCM+ дає передумови для обґрунтування діапазону раціональних параметрів експандера.

The process of forming expanders in the expander from the point of view of the physics of the process is reduced to the pressing of a mixture of solid (grain components), liquid (in the form of moisture) and gaseous (vapor) phases by the screw working body through the forming nozzle under the influence of an external heat source. From the point of view of mathematical description, the specified process is complex and therefore it can be described by computer modeling methods. The conducted simulation of the process of expanded feed preparation in the Star CCM+ software package provides prerequisites for substantiating the range of rational parameters of the expander.
