Abstract

Навчальний посібник спрямований на формування необхідних теоретичних знань і набуття практичних навичок з дисципліни «Кадрова політика в державній службі» та формування професійних компетентностей з кадрової політики у сфері державної служби. У посібнику розглянуто поняття кадрової політики та її концептуальні ідеї; сформульовано цілі та принципи кадрової політики; розкрито суб'єкти та об'єкти в кадровому процесі; охарактеризовано сучасний стан та пріоритети кадрової політики у сфері державної служби. У виданні викладено теоретичні засади державної кадрової політики, шляхи формування, удосконалення і здійснення її у сфері державної служби; теоретико-методологічні, правові, організаційні джерела, моделі державної служби як механізми забезпечення стабільності конституційного устрою та надання державному управлінню організованості, компетентності і професіоналізму. До кожної теми наведено теоретичний матеріал для поглибленого опрацювання, завдання для самостійної роботи у формі питань для самоконтролю.
