Abstract

Prospects for the use of blockchain technology and the use of virtual assets, as well as the regulation of cryptocurrency in the insurance market are considered. The cyber risk insurance market is analyzed. The main trends and the most important directions of development of the information sector of the digital industry are identified. A study of the legislative regulation of underwriting and insurance protection of risks on the cryptocurrency exchange was conducted. The scope of use of blockchain assets as a financial instrument of the stock exchange has been established. Розглянуто перспективи застосування технології блокчена та застосування віртуальних активів а також регулювання застосування кріптовалюти на страховому ринку. Проаналізовано ринок страхування кібер-ризиків. Визначено основні тенденції та найбільш важливі напрямки розвитку інформаційного сектора цифрової галузі. Проведено дослідження законодавчого регулювання андерайтингу і страхового захисту ризиків на кріптобіржі. Встановлено сферу використання блокчейн активів як фінансового інструменту фондової біржі.
