Вхідний контроль технічного стану аксіально-поршневих гідромашин в технологічному процесі їх ремонту.

Abstract

Аксіально-поршневі гідромашини, які надходять до сервісних підприємств з їх ремонту, мають різний технічний стан, що суттєво впливає на якість та собівартість їх ремонту. Мета роботи полягала в зменшенні трудомісткості ремонтних робіт та забезпечення їх якості, розробленням метода діагностування технічного стану гідравлічних агрегатів в технологічному процесі їх ремонту. Для її реалізації розроблено метод діагностування технічного стану деталей качаючих вузлів гідромашин, застосуванням гідравлічного опресування з попередньою подачею рідини до корпусу агрегату під дренажним тиском. Отримані результати вказують на ефективність застосування розробленого методу та засобу діагностування технічного стану аксіально-поршневих гідромашин в технологічному процесії їх ремонту для умов сервісних підприємств. - Axial-piston hydraulic machines that come to service companies for their repair have different technical conditions, which significantly affects the quality and cost of their repair. The purpose of the work was to reduce the labor intensity of repair works and ensure their quality, by developing a method of diagnosing the technical condition of hydraulic units in the technological process of their repair. For its implementation, a method of diagnosing the technical condition of parts of pumping units of hydraulic machines has been developed, using hydraulic pressing with preliminary supply of liquid to the body of the unit under drainage pressure. The obtained results indicate the effectiveness of the application of the developed method and means of diagnosing the technical condition of axial-piston hydraulic machines in the technological procession of their repair for the conditions of service enterprises.
