Особливості навчання іноземних студентів у закладах вищої освіти України

Abstract

В статті розглянуто особливості навчання іноземних студентів у закладах вищої освіти України, що є актуальним питанням на сьогодні через зростання міжнародної мобільності студентів після підписання Україною Болонської декларації. Автором представлено проблеми, що виникають у викладачів у роботі з іноземними студентами, а саме проблеми психологічної і фізіологічної адаптації, академічної адаптації, особливості міжкультурної комунікації, методичні та методологічні аспекти роботи викладачів. Проаналізовано попередні дослідження цього питання вітчизняними і зарубіжними вченими та визначено шляхи вирішення проблем. The article is devoted to the special aspects of teaching of foreign students in higher education establishments of Ukraine which is a crucial issue today because of the increase in international mobility after Ukraine signed the Bologna Declaration in 2005. The author presents a number of problems that teachers encounter while working with foreign students as well as foreign students are challenged finding themselves in the conditions of another country. Educators of higher education establishments face with aspects of working with foreign students which are caused by adaptation problems, features of intercultural communication, language issues, methodological support, work experience with foreign students, previous knowledge base of students, features of educational process and many others. Foreign students also face some difficulties such as new environment, language and cultural barrier, the teaching style, the household features which all have a significant impact on the educational process. All of these features should be taken into account when creating the educational process with foreign students to make it as productive as possible. Previous studies of this issue of native and foreign scientists have been analysed and the ways of solving problems have been determined.
