Current issues of improving personnel and economic security of the enterprise

Abstract

The theoretical foundations of the personnel component in the system of economic security of the enterprise, the structure and factors influencing economic security have been studied. The main legal documents that regulate the relationship between the employer and the employee have been analyzed. Ways of improving the personnel management and evaluation system are proposed to improve the personnel security component of the enterprise. Досліджено теоретичні основи кадрової складової в системі економічної безпеки підприємства, структуру та фактори, що впливають на економічну безпеку. Проаналізовано основні нормативно-правові документи, які регулюють відносини між роботодавцем і працівником. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення системи управління та оцінки персоналу для вдосконалення складової кадрової безпеки підприємства.
