Можливі ризики підписання угоди про асоціацію з поглибленою зоною вільної торгівлі Україна–ЄС

Abstract

Розглянуто необхідність впровадження поглибленої та всеохоплюючої зони вільної торгівлі між Україною та Європейським Союзом. Обґрунтовано, чому саме з ЄС. Визначено виклики і можливі ризики та шляхи їх подолання, а також виділено переваги і можливості для українського агробізнесу. Обговорюються можливі ризики та переваги для споживача й у цілому для економіки країни. The article discusses the need for the introduction of a deep and comprehensive free trade area betweenUkraineand the European Union, justified why the European Union, identified challenges and potential risks and ways to overcome them, and will highlight the benefits and opportunities for Ukrainian agribusiness. Considered the possible risks and benefits for Ukrainian consumers and the whole economy of the country.Ukraine opens up access to the European market, which today produces one-fifth of world production; the group of states that have the greatest impact on the regulation of economic and financial activity in the world; to technology and financial tools that can help make the Ukrainian products competitive.Why with the EU? Because the EU is now the second largest trading partner ofUkraineafter the CIS. In addition, more than three-quarters of all direct foreign investment since independence it has received from the EU, while fromRussia– only 7 %. That’s the European Union – the main source of foreign direct investment into the country. And let's not forget that the EU has traditionally been higher rungs ratings in terms of life, life expectancy of citizens, pensions and welfare. The European Union has great developments common standards, such as the quality of food, health, social protection, environment, road safety, conditions for business development opportunities for young people. Most importantly, these standards are actually implemented, not just declared.
