Ефективність інституціонального регулювання ринку органічної сільськогосподарської продукції

Abstract

Визначено, що українська органічна продукція має вищу потенційну конкуренто-спроможність, оскільки її мінімальна ціна, порогом якої є рівень собівартості, є нижчою за мінімальну ціну органічної продукції інших країн. Але відсутність правових інститутів, деформована ринкова інфра-структура, недостатня увага владних інститутів до проблем органічного аграрного ринку, все це обумовлює потребу у налагоджені інституціональних основ ринку органічного агровиробництва та розробку механізмів його ефективного існування. В зв’язку з цим актуальним є поліпшення стану ефективності інституціонального регулювання органічного агропро-мислового виробництва в Україні. Тому для України постає завдання вироблення механізмів державної аграрної політики щодо підвищення ефективності використання наявного потенціалу аграрного сектору економіки зокрема в напряму збільшення виробництва органічної сільсько-господарської продукції, визначен-ня та контроль показників цієї ефективності.

- It has been determined that Ukrainian organic products have a higher potential competitiveness, since its minimum price, which is the threshold of cost, is lower than the minimum price of organic products from other countries. But the lack of legal institutions, the deformed market infrastructure, the lack of attention of government institutions to the problems of the organic agricultural market, all this necessitates the establishment of institutional foundations of the organic agricultural market and the development of mechanisms for its effective existence. In this regard, it is important to improve the efficiency of the institutional regulation of organic agricultural production in Ukraine. Therefore, Ukraine faces the task of developing mechanisms of state agricultural policy in order to increase the efficiency of using the existing potential of the agrarian sector of the economy in particular in the direction of increasing the production of organic agricultural products, and determining and monitoring the indicators of this efficiency.
