Relevance of use of linguistic materials in studying foreign languages

Abstract

The role of modern methods of teaching a foreign language in communication is considered, as well as the fact that the study of languages leads to communicative competence, as well as to the personal development of the student. It was found that the formation of communicative competence is associated with socio-cultural knowledge. Розглянуто роль сучасних методів навчання іноземної мови в умовах спілкування, а також те, що вивчення мов веде до комунікативної компетенції, а також до особистісного розвитку студента. Виявлено, що формування комунікативної компетенції пов’язано з соціокультурними знаннями.
