Ефективність лікування хворих післяродовими метритами корів

Abstract

Акушерські захворювання є однією з основних причин неплідності корів, тісно пов’язані з гінекологічними хворобами та знижують показники їх відтворювальної функції. У корів, які перехворіли післяродовим метритом, після патологічних родів та затримання посліду сервіс-період був в межах 103–122 днів, індекс запліднення 1,2–1,4, заплідненість 71,4–83,3%. Комплексне лікування метриту у корів з використанням скоротливих маткових препаратів Окситоцину на фоні Синестролу; антимікробних засобів (антибіотики парентерально (Тетравету L.A.), внутрішньоматково таблетки “Гінобіотику”та «Дезоксифур», внутрішньоматково з допомогою одноразових шприців за типом маноцервікального осіменіння було ефективним, тривало 1–2 тижні, заплідненість у корів була в межах 83,3%. According to the results of gynecological examination of cows, it has been established that in the conditions of the farm there is an alimentary, artificial, aging, operational infertility, and most often there is symptomatic. Obstetric disease is one of the main causes of infertility in cows, is closely related to gynecological diseases and reduces their reproductive function. In cows suffering from postpartum metritis, after pathological births, the deferral of the litter service period was within 103–122 days, the fertilization index was 1,4, the fertility rate was 71,4–83,3%.Comprehensive treatment of metritis in cows using contractile uterine drugs oxytocin against the background of estrogen; Antimicrobial agents (parenteral antibiotics, intramuscularly "Ginobiototic" tablets, "Deoxifur", intrauterine devices by means of disposable syringes on the type of manocervical insemination were effective, lasted 1–2 weeks, fertility of cows was within 83,3%.
