Сучасна практика формування стратегії економічного розвитку сільського господарства

Abstract

In spite of the growing tendency, agricultural productivity in Ukraine still lags far behind other countries. At the current stage of rural development, the issue of the strategic economic development of Ukraine’s agriculture remains relevant, since on them depends to a large extent the country’s food security. The development strategy is the general program of action to continuously improve the performance of agriculture over the long term, thus ensuring the sustainability of the agriculture. Today there is a «Strategy for the development of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy up to the year 2020». The aim of the Government’s Strategy and the Action plan on agricultural and rural development is to form an integrated, comprehensive, unbiased, and realistic strategy, as well as general principles for the reform of agrarian sector. Незважаючи на зростаючу тенденцію, продуктивність сільського господарства України все ще істотно відстає від інших країн. На сучасному етапі розвитку сільських територій залишається актуальним питання стратегічного економічного розвитку сільського господарства України, оскільки від них значною мірою залежить продовольча безпека країни. Стратегія розвитку є генеральною програмою дій із постійного підвищення результативності сільського господарства на довгостроковий період часу, що забезпечує стійкість позицій сільського господарства. Сьогодні існує «Стратегія розвитку аграрного сектора економіки України на період до 2020 року». Мета державної Стратегії та Плану дій щодо розвитку сільського господарства і сільських територій полягає у формуванні комплексної, всеосяжної, неупередженої та реалістичної стратегії та загальних засад реформування аграрного сектора.
