Abstract

Репродуктивно-респіраторний синдром свиней – інфекційна хвороба, яка реєструється на всіх континентах та набула значного поширення в Україні. Через вагомі економічні збитки, що спричинює це захворювання, воно становить серйозну загрозу галузі свинарства. Перші симптоми хвороби часто розпізнати важко. Клінічні ознаки та перебіг захворювання можуть значно варіювати – від прихованого перебігу з майже непомітними симптомами до, навпаки, яскраво виражених клінічних ознак і великої кількості загиблих тварин. Лише завдяки налагодженому менеджменту й суворим заходам біобезпеки на підприємстві можна контролювати ситуацію. Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is an infectious disease that is registered on all continents and has become widespread in Ukraine. Due to the significant economic damage caused by this disease, it poses a serious threat to the pig industry. The first symptoms of the disease are often difficult to recognize. Clinical signs and course of the disease can vary greatly - from latent course with almost invisible symptoms to, conversely, pronounced clinical signs and a large number of dead animals. Only thanks to the established management and strict measures of biosafety at the enterprise it is possible to control a situation.
