Abstract

The article attempts to systematize the patterns of modern financial innovations in the form of fintech and outline their impact on transformation in the international financial market and monetary space. The authors claim about paradigm shift in global financial landscape and present conceptual evaluation of its implications for both players and regulators. The results of the study would help deepen and expand understanding of the current dynamics and development prospects of financial markets and banking sector. У статті зроблено спробу систематизувати закономірності сучасних фінансових інновацій у формі фінтеху та окреслити їх вплив на трансформацію міжнародного фінансового ринку та монетарного простору. Автори стверджують про зміну парадигми у світовому фінансовому ландшафті та представляють концептуальну оцінку її наслідків як для гравців, так і для регуляторів.
