Аналіз експлуатаційної надійності компресорного обладнання та шляхи її підвищення

Abstract

В статті розглядається надійність промислового компресорного обладнання поршневого типу. Наводяться фактори, що впливають на термін служби вузлів та деталей компресорів типу 305ВП-30/8. Досліджено та проаналізовано види відмов та характер зносу деталей компресорів, виділено найбільш ненадійні та проаналізовано фактори, що впливають на їх ресурс. Також наведено шляхи підвищення надійності компресорів конструктивно-технологічними методами. The reliability of the industrial compressor equipment of the piston type is considered in the article. The factors affecting the service life of components and components of 305VP-30/8 type compressors are given. The types of failures and the nature of the wear of compressor components are investigated and analyzed, the most reliable and analyzed are the factors influencing their resource. Also presented are ways to increase the reliability of compressors structural and technological methods.
