Вплив проектно-орієнтованого підходу на розвиток компетенцій здобувачів фахової вищої освіти

Abstract

У сучасних умовах підготовки фахівців вищої освіти традиційні методи навчання стають недостатніми для розвитку необхідних професійних компетенцій студентів. Швидкі темпи технологічного прогресу, інтеграція нових знань і необхідність адаптації до вимог ринку праці вимагають впровадження інноваційних методик у навчальний процес. Одним із ефективних підходів є проектно-орієнтоване навчання, яке дозволяє студентам не тільки здобувати теоретичні знання, але й розвивати практичні навички, критичне мислення та здатність працювати в команді.

In the current conditions of training higher education specialists, traditional teaching methods are becoming insufficient for the development of the necessary professional competencies of students. The rapid pace of technological progress, the integration of new knowledge and the need to adapt to the requirements of the labor market require the introduction of innovative methods in the educational process. One of the most effective approaches is project-based learning, which allows students not only to acquire theoretical knowledge but also to develop practical skills, critical thinking and teamwork.
