Abstract

Матеріали даного збірника узагальнюють результати наукових досліджень з питань особливостей біології продуктивності овець, переробки і зберігання продукції, запровадження ресурсо-енергозберігаючих екологічних технологій ведення галузі вівчарства та визначають стратегію подальшого її розвитку в ринкових умовах. Укладачі збірника та автори статей – вчені спеціалісти, аспіранти закладів вищої освіти, академічних і галузевих, науково-дослідних установ сподіваються, що публікації даних наукових праць сприятимуть розвитку теорії та практики використання наукових досягнень в аграрному секторі. The materials of this collection summarize the results of scientific studies on the characteristics of the biology of productivity of sheep, processing and preservation of products, the introduction of resource-energy-saving ecological technologies for the management of the sheep breeding industry and determine the strategy for its further development in market conditions.
