Інтеграція інформаційних систем і технологій у побудові інформаційного простору сільськогосподарських підприємств

Abstract

Обґрунтовано необхідність інтеграції інформаційних систем і технологій для формування інформаційного простору підприємств. Проаналізовано досвід створення інтегрованих інформаційних систем вітчизняними аграрними підприємствами. Для фермерських господарств й невеликих сільськогосподарських підприємств перспективною є інформаційна інтеграція між автоматизованими системами обліку та програмами електронної звітності й аналізу. Запропоновано методичні підходи до інтеграції інформаційних систем та мобільних додатків дозволять впорядкувати інформаційні потоки на аграрному підприємстві та завдяки ефекту синергії сприяти прийняттю рішень на засадах адаптивного управління. Новітніми національними розробками у стаціонарних та хмарних рішеннях для аграрних підприємств є MASTER: Агро та Єдиний портал по управлінню бізнесом AgriChain. Досвід вітчизняних компаній у використанні сучасних інтегрованих систем показує економію матеріальних ресурсів (паливо, засоби захисту, добрива, насіння) у 7-30 %, та підвищення продуктивності праці до 50% що дозволило скоротити виробничі витрати на 210-450 грн./га. The modern business is characterized by extremely high dynamics of information technology and various applications, which requires their scientific study to determine the optimal areas of application. The aim of the article is to study the theoretical aspects and practical experience of integrating information systems and technologies to solve problems of agricultural enterprise management. The necessity of integration of information systems and technologies for formation of information space of enterprises is substantiated. The experience of creation of integrated information systems by domestic agricultural enterprises is analyzed. Historically, Russian software based on the 1C platform has been widely used in Ukraine. For farms and small agricultural enterprises, information integration between automated accounting systems and electronic reporting and analysis programs is promising. The proposed methodological approaches to the integration of information systems and mobile applications will streamline information flows in the agricultural enterprise and due to the synergy effect to facilitate decision-making based on adaptive management. The integration of software components through the use of the advantages of their functionality will allow you to quickly monitor operational and production activities, to form plans at different levels, to control the location of equipment and workers, to determine the deviations of actual and planned indicators. In general, the effect of integration is manifested on the basis of the synergy of interaction of information technologies and software packages, coordinated work of departments and employees. The latest national developments in installed and cloud solutions for agricultural enterprises are MASTER: Agro and the Unified Business Management Portal AgriChain. The experience of domestic companies in the use of modern integrated systems shows savings of material resources (fuel, pesticides, fertilizers, seeds) in 7-30%, and increasing labor productivity to 50%, which reduced production costs by 210-450 UAH / ha.
