Mixture of short-chain fatty acids and monoglycerides modulates Е-cadherin content into broiler intestine

Abstract

Taking into the account obtained results in our study we can conclude that the application SCFA-M as an additional feeding source has a positive impact on the barrier function of the intestine and supports a healthy balance of digestive and barrier functions in the intestinal system. Беручи до уваги отримані результати в нашому дослідженні, можна зробити висновок, що застосування SCFA-M як додаткового джерела харчування позитивно впливає на бар’єрну функцію кишечника та підтримує здоровий баланс травної та бар’єрної функцій у кишковій системі.
