Аналіз ризику як інструмент оптимізації процесу прийняття рішень в системі економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

У статті досліджено роль аналізу ризику як важливого інструменту для оптимізації процесу прийняття рішень у системі економічної безпеки підприємства. Розглянуто ключові концепції аналізу ризику у контексті забезпечення економічної безпеки, а також проаналізовано основні методи та інструменти, що застосовуються для оцінки ризиків на підприємстві. Значну увагу приділено застосуванню економіко-математичних моделей, зокрема логістичної регресії, для кількісної оцінки ризиків, на прикладі оцінки ризику втрати ліквідності. Проаналізовано вплив аналізу ризиків на підвищення обґрунтованості та ефективності управлінських рішень, що приймаються у сфері економічної безпеки, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність прийняття рішень, зменшити невизначеність та забезпечити стійкий розвиток підприємства в умовах постійних змін. Наведено практичні рекомендації щодо застосування аналізу ризиків з метою забезпечення стабільного функціонування та сталого розвитку підприємства в умовах динамічного зовнішнього середовища. The article examines the role of risk analysis as a key tool for optimizing the decision-making process in the economic security system of an enterprise. In the conditions of turbulence and uncertainty of the modern economic environment, the ability of an enterprise to effectively identify, assess and manage risks becomes critically important for ensuring its stability, competitiveness and sustainable development. The key concepts of risk analysis in the context of economic security are considered, including determining the essence of risk, its classification and features of manifestation in various areas of the enterprise's activity. The main types of risks faced by modern enterprises, such as financial, operational, strategic, commercial and others, are analyzed. The article examines in detail the main methods and tools of risk analysis used in the economic security system of an enterprise. Both qualitative methods, such as SWOT analysis, expert assessments and scenario analysis, and quantitative methods, including statistical analysis, modeling and sensitivity analysis, are considered. Particular attention is paid to the use of economic and mathematical models for quantitative risk assessment. The use of logistic regression is demonstrated - a powerful statistical method that allows predicting the probability of certain events, in particular the risk of loss of liquidity. The impact of risk analysis on increasing the validity and effectiveness of management decisions made in the field of economic security of the enterprise is analyzed. It is shown that the systematic application of risk analysis allows reducing uncertainty, improving strategic planning, optimizing resource allocation and increasing the adaptability of the enterprise to changes in the external environment. Practical recommendations are given on the application of risk analysis in order to ensure stable functioning and sustainable development of the enterprise in a dynamic external environment. The importance of integrating risk analysis into the general enterprise management system is emphasized, as well as the use of modern information technologies to automate and increase the efficiency of this process
