Гістогенез дермальних структур новостворених генотипів

Abstract

Наведено результати гістологічних досліджень розвитку дермальних структур придніпровської м’ясної породи овець та їх динамічність змін у молодняка різних статевих груп. Вивчалась динаміка морфоутворюючих процесів шарів дерми в залежності від статі та віку овець придніпровської м’ясної породи. Встановлено загальні закономірності формування шарів дерми в постнатальному онтогенезі молодняка, а отримані результати підтверджують відсутність відмінностей в порівнянні з статево зрілими особами. Важливою ознакою за формування вовнового покриву овець є повноцінність асимілятивних процесів фолікулярних структур та секреторного відділу. Встановлено, що загальна кількість первинних і вторинних фолікулів забезпечує повноцінність формування вовнового покриву, а співвідношення їх вказує на добру густоту вовнового покриву у овець новоствореного генотипу. Отримані матеріали свідчать про динамічність розвитку та статевий диморфізм за формування дермального покриву у овець, робиться змога обґрунтувати динамічність морфоутворюючих процесів у шкірі молодняка овець придніпровської м’ясної породи. The results of histological studies of the development of dermal structures of the Pridneprovsk sheep meat breed and their dynamics of changes in young animals of different sex groups are presented. The dynamics of morpho-forming processes of the layers of the dermis, depending on the sex and age of the sheep of the Dnieper meat breed, was studied. The general patterns of formation of derma layers in postnatal ontogeny of young animals are established, and the obtained results confirm absence of differences in comparison with sexually mature persons. An important feature in the formation of the sheep's wool cover is the full value of the assimilative processes of the follicular structures and the secretory unit. It was established that the total number of primary and secondary follicles provides the full value of the formation of the wool, and their ratio indicates a good thickness of the wool sheep in the newly created genotype. The obtained materials indicate the dynamics of development and sexual dimorphism in the formation of dermal cover in sheep, it is made possible to substantiate the dynamics of morphogenic processes in young sheep's skin of the Dnieper beef breed.
