Управління розвитком потенціалу наукоємних підприємств

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти удосконаленню механізму управління потенціалом сільськогосподарського машинобудування. Встановлено, що важливим ринковим ресурсом національної економіки є накопичений науковий і виробничий потенціал, здатність наукових кадрів генерувати нові ідеї та технології, а країна має значний потенціал розвитку сільськогосподарського машинобудування, необхідну базу для створення комплексів із замкнутим технологічним циклом виробництва практично всієї номенклатури технічних засобів з вирощення, збирання, зберігання та переробки сільськогосподарської продукції. Розглянуто структуру виробничого потенціалу підприємства, структуру інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування та модель формування і використання інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування. Розроблено системну модель формування інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування. The article investigates the development of theoretical recommendations for improving the mechanism for managing the potential of agricultural machinery, as an important market resource of the national economy is the accumulated scientific and production potential, the ability of scientific personnel to generate new ideas and technologies, and our country has significant potential for the development of agricultural engineering, the necessary basis for the creation of complexes with a closed technological cycle of production of almost the entire range of technical means for growing, harvesting, storage and processing of agricultural products. Creation of such complexes with simultaneous technical re-equipment of the enterprises meets modern requirements of development of the industry and provides growth of economic efficiency of production. Effective technical equipment and automation of production are important for the development of agriculture in Ukraine as an agrarian state. Therefore, agricultural engineering is one of the leading sectors of Ukraine's economy as a whole. Technological growth and increase of competitiveness of the enterprises of agricultural machine-building is directly connected with resource maintenance of the enterprise and is realized on the basis of the corresponding technological policy. The technological policy of an enterprise or organization includes a set of principles and actions on the basis of which new products and technological processes are selected, developed and implemented. Therefore, increasing the competitiveness of agricultural machinery depends on the effectiveness of mechanisms for the formation and evaluation of its resource base, so the article considers the structure of the production potential of the enterprise, the structure of the intellectual potential of agricultural machinery enterprises and the model of formation and use of the intellectual potential of agricultural machinery enterprises. The system model of formation of intellectual potential of the enterprises of agricultural mechanical engineering which includes the factors allowing to formulate the purpose and tasks of system of management of potential is defined.
