Abstract
The work aims to investigate the fattening and meat qualities of young pigs of a large white breed of foreign origin and to determine the criteria for selecting highly productive animals according to some mathematical models of selection indices. Метою роботи було дослідження відгодівельних та м’ясних якостей молодняку свиней великої білої породи іноземного походження та визначити критерії відбору високопродуктивних тварин за деякими математичними моделями селекційних показників.
