Аналіз розуміння змісту категорії «публічна служба» у контексті її ролі в умовах війни та в період відновлення

Abstract

Визначені, що ключовим інститутом, який, який представляє єдину державну владу незалежно від її виду, є публічна служба як соціально-правова інституція. Зроблено акцент на тому, що саме публічна служба покликана забезпечувати, практичну реалізацію завдань державних органів влади і органів місцевого самоврядування, а також захист територіальної цілісності держави Україна, прав, свобод та інтересів фізичних і осіб. Російсько-українська війна і її гаряча стадія, яка розпочалась 24 лютого 2022 р., розкрила нам нові сенси категорії «державна служба» і роль самої державної служби і державних службовців у відстоювання територіальної цілісності України і, власне, державності. It was determined that the public service as a socio-legal institution is the key institution that represents the unified state power, regardless of its type. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the public service is designed to ensure the practical implementation of the tasks of state authorities and local self-government bodies, as well as the protection of the territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, the rights, freedoms and interests of individuals and individuals. The Russian-Ukrainian war and its hot stage, which began on February 24, 2022, revealed to us new meanings of the category "civil service" and the role of the civil service itself and civil servants in defending the territorial integrity of Ukraine and, in fact, statehood.
