Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано інноваційні підходи до мінімізації витрат на підприємствах аграрного сектору, зокрема на прикладі ТОВ «ДВК». У сучасних умовах глобалізації та конкуренції в аграрному бізнесі, ефективне управління витратами є критично важливим для підтримання конкурентоспроможності продукції. Встановлено, що оптимізація витрат безпосередньо впливає на економічні результати діяльності підприємства, оскільки зменшення витрат призводить до підвищення рентабельності та стабільності фінансового стану. Також у статті розглянуто сучасні інструменти і методи оптимізації витрат, серед яких особливе місце займає впровадження технологій автоматизації виробничих процесів, що дозволяє значно знизити людський фактор та помилки, а також підвищити продуктивність. Аналізовано важливість оптимізації логістичних процесів, що включає скорочення витрат на транспортування та зберігання, що, в свою чергу, знижує загальні витрати підприємства. Окрім того, розглянуто застосування енергозберігаючих технологій, які сприяють зменшенню витрат на енергоресурси та покращують екологічну ситуацію. The article substantiates innovative approaches to cost minimization in agricultural enterprises, particularly using the example of DVK LLC. It is established that cost optimization directly affects the economic performance of the enterprise, as cost reduction leads to increased profitability and financial stability. The article also examines modern tools and methods for cost optimization, with particular emphasis on the implementation of production process automation technologies, which significantly reduce human error and increase productivity. The importance of optimizing logistics processes is analyzed, which includes reducing transportation and storage costs, thereby lowering the overall expenses of the enterprise. Additionally, the use of energy-saving technologies, which help reduce energy costs and improve the environmental situation, is discussed. It is investigated how innovative approaches can not only reduce the production cost but also improve product quality, which is a key factor in shaping the company's positive image and the market position of its products. It is substantiated that the systematic use of innovative approaches to minimizing costs at agricultural enterprises allows them not only to keep their positions in the market, but also to actively expand them, adapting to the challenges of the modern economy. The implementation of these approaches ensures the stable development of enterprises in the long term, which is an important aspect of their strategy in the context of globalization and growing competition. Optimization of logistics processes, reduction of transportation and product storage costs reduces the overall costs of the enterprise, making products more competitive in the market.
