Abstract

The nomenclature of production costs has been improved in accordance with the specifics of dairy production, which will ensure a functional approach to cost management in the farm. The efficiency of dairy production from own raw materials is investigated. The role of accounting information and calculation in the pricing process is clarified. Proposals for the formation of management reporting in the field of dairy production are developed. Удосконалено номенклатуру виробничих витрат відповідно до специфіки молочного виробництва, що забезпечить функціональний підхід до управління витратами в господарстві. Досліджено ефективність виробництва молока з власної сировини. З’ясовано роль облікової інформації та калькуляції в процесі ціноутворення. Розроблено пропозиції щодо формування управлінської звітності у сфері молочного виробництва
