Modern trends in the methodology of teaching business Ukrainian in a higher education institution

Abstract

The scientific research investigated modern trends in the methodology of teaching business Ukrainian in a higher education institution. It has been noted that modern linguistic and pedagogical science is constantly working on developing successful technologies and methods that motivate students to study their native language in a higher education institution, contribute to better mastery of language knowledge, and meet todayʼs needs. It is argued that one of the main tasks of teaching the Ukrainian language in an agricultural institution of higher education is not only to transfer information to applicants, but also to awaken interest in learning the language, forming a linguistic picture of the world, mastering communicative tactics, developing linguistic thinking, and striving for linguistic self – improvement. It was emphasized that higher education students should learn to critically reflect on current problems of language policy and the language situation in the country in order to form in future agrarians a nationally conscious attitude towards the Ukrainian language as the state language, an understanding of the importance of its use during professional activities. У науковому дослідженні досліджено сучасні тенденції в методиці викладання ділової української мови у вищому навчальному закладі. Зазначено, що сучасна лінгвістична та педагогічна наука постійно працює над розробкою успішних технологій та методів, які мотивують студентів до вивчення рідної мови у вищому навчальному закладі, сприяють кращому опануванню мовних знань та відповідають потребам сьогодення. Стверджується, що одним з головних завдань викладання української мови у сільськогосподарському вищому навчальному закладі є не лише передача інформації абітурієнтам, а й пробудження інтересу до вивчення мови, формування лінгвістичної картини світу, оволодіння комунікативною тактикою, розвиток лінгвістичного мислення та прагнення до лінгвістичного самовдосконалення. Було наголошено, що студенти вищих навчальних закладів повинні навчитися критично осмислювати актуальні проблеми мовної політики та мовної ситуації в країні, щоб сформувати у майбутніх аграріїв національно свідоме ставлення до української мови як державної, розуміння важливості її використання під час професійної діяльності.
