Роль емоційного інтелекту викладача вищої школи у створенні сприятливого емоційного середовища

Abstract

Проблематика емоційного інтелекту викладача та його розвитку актуалізувалася у зв’язку із сучасним запитом вищої школи – потребою у педагогах, які не тільки володіють широкими знаннями зі своєї предметної галузі, а й здатних до побудови сприятливого емоційного клімату для студентів. Емоційна компетентність викладача має значення з урахуванням численних досліджень, які підтверджують їх взаємозв’язок із загальним покращенням навчального процесу. Проте в рамках сучасних досліджень не помічено робіт, які б розглядали в комплексі конкретні аспекти впливу розвиненого емоційного інтелекту викладача на навчальну аудиторію. Тому метою статті є аналіз основних переваг, які надає розвиток емоційного інтелекту викладачів для навчального процесу та студентів. Встановлено, що викладачі, які мають високий рівень емоційного інтелекту, краще залучають студентів до навчального процесу, а також створюють умови, в яких студенти покращують свою орієнтацію на виконання навчальних завдань - The issue of the teacher’s emotional intelligence and its development has become relevant in connection with the modern demand of higher education – the need for teachers who not only have extensive knowledge in their subject area, but also are able to build a favorable emotional climate for students. The emotional competence of the teacher is important, taking into account numerous studies that confirm their relationship with the overall improvement of the educational process. However, within the framework of modern research, there are no works that would consider in a complex of specific aspects of influence of a developed emotional intelligence of a teacher on the educational audience. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to analyze the main advantages that the development of emotional intelligence of teachers provides for the educational process and students. It has been established that teachers who have a high level of emotional intelligence better involve students in the educational process, and also create conditions in which students improve their orientation to completing educational tasks.
