Abstract

Education and higher education, in particular, are the basis for individual growth and social progress, which contributes to economic development, raising the level and quality of life of people. As a result of the transformation of education, the role of the teaching staff is changing, teachers must update their technologies and methodical skills in accordance with the needs of the students' profile. Освіта та вища освіта, зокрема, є основою індивідуального зростання та соціального прогресу, що сприяє економічному розвитку, підвищенню рівня та якості життя людей. У результаті трансформації освіти змінюється роль педагогічного колективу, вчителі повинні оновлювати свої технології та методичну майстерність відповідно до потреб профілю студентів.
