Дослідження процесу зберігання насіння соняшнику у буртах в закритих приміщеннях

Abstract

Досліджено процес зберігання насіння соняшнику сорту Кулундинець у буртах та насипом. Визначено динаміку зміни вологості, розподілу температури по висоті бурта насіннєвої маси соняшнику, температури і вологості повітря в приміщенні, загальної ураженості насіння соняшнику грибними інфекціями. Встановлено, що традиційна система зберігання насіння соняшнику насипом у буртах або насипом в закритих приміщеннях має невеликі затрати. Однак без періодичного проведення відповідних заходів контролю якості насіння, стану приміщення і врахування втрат маси насіннєвої суміші зазначена система може привести до великих невідновлювальних збитків.

The process of storing sunflower seeds of the Kulundynets variety in piles and mounds was studied. The dynamics of changes in humidity, distribution of temperature along the height of the side of the sunflower seed mass, temperature and humidity of the air in the room, general damage of sunflower seeds by fungal infections were determined. It has been established that the traditional system of storing sunflower seeds in bulk in banks or in bulk in closed rooms has low costs. However, without periodically carrying out appropriate measures to control the quality of seeds, the condition of the premises and taking into account the loss of mass of the seed mixture, the specified system can lead to large irreparable losses.
