The role of investment in increasing the economic potential of agriculture

Abstract

Effective development of agricultural production is possible only on the basis of the use of new innovative technologies. To do this, it is necessary to use a mechanism for attracting external investments to the agricultural sector. Attracting investments in agriculture makes it possible to increase the economic potential of agricultural enterprises and their financial stability, which in turn contributes to solving the problem of food security of the state. The presence of agricultural enterprises of their own agricultural land allows, if necessary, to use them as collateral for obtaining bank loans. Passive investors who buy up land for the purpose of renting it out agricultural enterprises to a lesser extent contribute to the influx of new technologies into the agricultural sector. The state should strive to attract active investors to the agricultural sector of the economy, who buy land resources for self-cultivation. Ефективний розвиток сільськогосподарського виробництва можливий лише на основі використання нових інноваційних технологій. Для цього необхідно задіяти механізм залучення зовнішніх інвестицій в агросектор. Залучення інвестицій у сільське господарство дає змогу підвищити економічний потенціал сільськогосподарських підприємств та їх фінансову стійкість, що в свою чергу сприяє вирішенню проблеми продовольчої безпеки держави. Наявність у сільгосппідприємств власних сільськогосподарських угідь дозволяє в разі потреби використовувати їх як заставу для отримання банківських кредитів. Меншою мірою сприяють притоку нових технологій в аграрний сектор пасивні інвестори, які скуповують землю з метою здачі в оренду сільськогосподарським підприємствам.
