Abstract

The considered problem of heterogeneities of the got semiconductor tapes and worked out methods of their removal are within the framework of the experimental setting of VCC-5M. Experimentally tested the got methods of removal of heterogeneities of товщин. Розглянута проблема неоднорідностей отриманих напівпровідникових плівок та розроблені способи їх усунення в рамках експериментальної установки ВУП-5М. Експериментально перевірена отримані способи усунення неоднорідностей товщин.
